Lieutenant Colonel Jose R. Bracero, Jr. Assistant Army Attaché US Embassy Panama.
Join us next Tuesday evening at, Can Masoliver, one of Panama's best restaurants and a presentation by LTC Bracero, Jr.
Born and raised in New York, Lieutenant Colonel Bracero earned a BS Degree in Spanish Studies and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry upon graduation from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York in 1992. LTC Bracero earned a Masters Degree in International Affairs with a minor in Spanish from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida in 2001.
He is a graduate of the Joint Military Attaché School, Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC) Command and General Staff Course, Infantry Officer Advanced Course, Infantry Basic Course, Combined Arms Services School, Airborne School, Air Assault School, the Bradley Commander’s Course and the Instructor Trainer’s Course.
Col. Bracero will talk about the Defense Attache's Office functions here in Panama.

Price: $26 per person and includes your choice of a glass of wine, beer, non-premium drink or a soft drink. Please let us know by Sunday night if you will be joining us. Seating is limited so get your reservations in early.
